Two words: Fucking awesome!
Since that obviously wasn't enough, heres a few more:
Blood Brothers last night was probably the best concert I've ever fucking been to. And that's saying something because their opening bands really sucked. But the blood brothers were awesome.. very awesome. I got a shirt.. and free stickers... like three. They had some hella cool blood brothers purses but they were fucking 25 dollars. Anyways, the best song was Cecilia and the Silhouette Saloon.. and Ambulance with pretty damn good as well. I didn't get any fucking sleep last night cuz I was hyped up on adrenaline and caffeine.. So after 3 hours of sleep, today was shit. I'm fucking tired and just ate 3/4 of whole pizza by myself while I watched Sex and the City. WHICH, by the way, is on TBS starting TONIGHT @ 10:00. Everybody go watch it!
One more thing: LOTS of pretty asians last night. I was in Liz heaven. I'm going to go take a nap. Peace.

This weekend:
Friday went to a concert with my neighboor. Just some small bands that she's friends with. Then we went to dennys/applebees for dinner. Didn't get home till around midnight so I slept in till 1 on saturday. hehe. Then I ran some errands with la madre and got back just in time to go babysitting. Made 50 bucks. Today I slept in not so late, got up and played the sims because I am uber cool. Then kyra and I went to the galleria and saw Saved, which, I must say, is a kickass movie. And, well, here I am now. Tomorrow is the blood brothers concert!! I am so incredibly stoked. Now I am off... to go... read.. or something...
Oh, and I'm having an intense case of ADD in that I have no motivation to study for finals, so if anybody would like to get together for a little "group study fun" that would be awesome. peace out.

I promised to give you all an update today and I'd just hate to dissapoint you all so....
This morning, still at my aunt's, I woke up and we went meandering around Pike Place and Westlake area. I indulged my long awaited obsession with a pair of emo glasses and finally bought them. They're black with little sparkly cherries on the ends and I've wanted them FOREVER so I bought them. *grins*. I also got a thursday sticker for a whopping 99 cents. I got home at around 4, then my mom and I went grocery shopping. We got lots of yummy food and hair dye. Got home and Laurel came over. Then emily called and she drove us down to Red Robin and we got dinner. Got home and just did my hair about an hour ago. Just touch ups and such since I had a lovely blonde stripe down the middle of my head. So now I'm all black-haired and happy. Just finished figuring out all my BCC shit, which is stressing me the fuck out. Heres what it looks like I'm doing next quarter next year: Japanese, Drawing, and Math at BCC and Science and Psychology at IHS. *sigh of relief* . Atleast I've got something figured out. Well I suppose that's all for tonight... I'll possibly post a picture of me in my pretty emo glasses tomorrow hehe. Okay well peace everybody...

12 reasons why gay people should not be allowed to get married
1. Homosexuality is not natural, much like eyeglasses, polyester, and birth control.
2. Heterosexual marriages are valid becasue they produce children. Infertile couples and old people can't legally get married because the world needs more children.
3. Obviously, gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.
4. Straight marriage will be less meaningful if Gay marriage is allowed, since Britney Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage was meaningful. [Jo-chan adds: Don't forget those other gems: The Bachelor/ette, Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire?, Joe Millionaire, and my personal favorite, Married by America!]
5. Heterosexual marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are property, blacks can't marry whites, and divorce is illegal.
6. Gay marriage should be decided by people, not the courts, because the majority-elected legislatures, not courts, have historically protected the rights of the minorities.
7. Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire counrty. That's why we have only one religion in America.
8. Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.
9. Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.
10. Children can never suceed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why single parents are forbidden to raise children.
11. Gay marriage will change the foundation of society. Heterosexual marriage has been around for a long time, and we could never adapt to new social norms because we haven't adapted to things like cars or longer lifespans.
12. Civil unions, providing most of the same benefits as marriage with a different name are better, because a "seperate but equal" institution is always constitutional. Seperate schools for African-Americans worked just as well as seperate marriages for gays and lesbians will.

Well hello all. I am at my aunt's townhouse in Seattle and having a very good weekend indeed. So far, we've eaten amazing food, had numerous cultural experiences, and spent far too much money. Actually, that latter seems to only concern me.. who is now poorer than I was. Lets see... we went to the folklife festival yesterday, which was surprisingly more fun that I thought it would be. It was sort of the thing I would've rather done with friends, but it was still good. I bartered for the first time ever.. with this really cool guy at this clothing booth. I got a really pretty lace black skirt and some insense from him. And he also taught me a valuable lesson. Jesus=Mickey Mouse. Saw a halfway decent band there as well, but I dont remember the name. pity. Today we went shopping on the avenue and I bought two cds for 18 bucks! Rasputina "Thanks for the Ether" and FATA "The Fiction We Live" The Raspy one is better than frusteration plantation in my opinion and I haven't yet listened to the fata cd. but still, good bargain, i am happy. Then we went back to her place and ate good food (salad, indian dish, ben and jerrys, avacados. yum) Then we went to see Shrek 2 and this small theatre that some of her friends are renovating. It's actually pretty damn funny and the entire movie is FULL of satire on the american society. very nice. Anyways, this is getting to be longer than I had expected so I will depart. Have a good memorial weekend everybody. Peace Out
